Ingredients
- 2 tbs. butter melted
- 2 garlic cloves crushed
- 1 tbs. olive oil
- 1 1/2 cups shredded parmesan cheese.
- 1/4 tsp salt
- Pizza dough
Directions
- 425 degrees for 30 minutes
- Bake dough for 5 minutes.
- Meanwhile melt butter.
- Mix in garlic, olive oil and salt.
- Remove pizza from oven and brush with garlic butter.
- Bake another 25 minutes until lightly brown.
Tips
- Make dough during lunch time.
- If you don’t have a garlic press, buy crushed garlic or finely chop garlic cloves.
- Serve with side salad.
- Serve with balsamic vinegar for dipping.
