Ingredients
- 4 russet potatoes, cut into 1/2 inch wedges
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees. In large bowl, toss potatoes with olive oil, salt and pepper. Spray large cookie sheet with non-stick spray. Spread potatoes on the cookie sheet, forming 1 layer. Bake for 45 minutes to 1 hour. Flip fries 1 to 2 times to ensure even cooking. Fries are done when crispy and browned.
Tips
- After fries are cooked top with shredded cheddar or parmesan cheese.
- Toss cooked fries with 1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley or 2 tbs. dried parsley.
- Try cutting the potatoes into different shapes. Your toddler will enjoy talking about them or making faces with them.
