Ingredients
- 1 can black beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- 3 tbs. low sodium soy sauce
- 2 tbs olive oil
- Salt to taste
Directions
- In skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Saute garlic for 2 minutes, stirring frequently.
- Add black beans and soy sauce.
- Cook over medium-low heat for 15 minutes. Add salt if desired.
Tips
- Serve in a tortilla with chopped tomato, onion, lettuce and cheese.
- Use as a side dish for lime chicken burritos.
