Ingredients
- 1 lb. pasta
- 1/2 lemon juice and zest
- 1 small handful basil torn into pieces.
- 2 tbs. olive oil
- 1 tbs. butter
- 1 cup cottage cheese
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions
Cook pasta according to package directions. In large bowl, mix lemon juice, zest, basil, olive oil, butter, cottage cheese, parmesan cheese, salt and pepper. Add pasta and mix well.
Tips
- Add shredded chicken for extra protein.
- Use the type of pasta your family likes the best.
