- Rice Cakes
- Egg Yolk (no egg whites until 1 year)
- Cheese
- Cottage Cheese (4% milk fat)
- Yogurt (4% milk fat)
- Tofu
- Beans
- Peas
- Oatmeal
- Spinach
Food Prep: Cook food until soft and tender. Food can be a lumpy consistency. Cut food into bite sized pieces no larger than a Cheerio.
